A: Maintenace and repairs will be necessary when cracks appear in the asphalt. If left with out repair, the cracks will become pot holes
Q: How long should I stay off new asphalt?
A: 72 hrs for a driveway, parking lot or Roads can be drive on as soon as the asphalt is compacted
Q: When should I seal my new asphalt?
A: Asphalt can be sealed using oil base sealer six weeks after the job compleation date. It's best to waite 1 year when using a latex sealer.
